- Preheat char broiler. (This takes approximately 10 minutes.)
- Place marinated chicken breast on the broiler rack, skin side down.
- You will need to turn the chicken to give it a checkerboard effect from the grill marks.

(Remember - The further back you place food on the broiler, the hotter it is. One side of the broiler is usually set at a lower cooking temperature allowing for more cooking time and less burned food.)

- Just before removing chicken from the broiler, brush with teriyaki sauce.
- Serve on round china plate and garnish.
- Serve with 1 oz. cranberry relish in a metal cup and cranberry/apple teriyaki sauce on the plate.
