Boneless chicken breast, skinless & marinated in apple marinade*
Cranberry/apple teriyaki sauce*
Fresh cranberry relish*

Preparation
  1. Preheat char broiler. (This takes approximately 10 minutes.)
  2. Place marinated chicken breast on the broiler rack, skin side down.
  3. You will need to turn the chicken to give it a checkerboard effect from the grill marks.
    .
    (Remember - The further back you place food on the broiler, the hotter it is. One side of the broiler is usually set at a lower cooking temperature allowing for more cooking time and less burned food.)
    .
  4. Just before removing chicken from the broiler, brush with teriyaki sauce.
  5. Serve on round china plate and garnish.
  6. Serve with 1 oz. cranberry relish in a metal cup and cranberry/apple teriyaki sauce on the plate.
