Mayonnaise
Pasturized egg
Water
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Anchovy paste
Garlic - pressed
Dried parsley - finely crushed
Salt
Worchester sauce
White pepper

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Use an electric mixer to beat ingredients for about 1 minute.
  3. Cover bowl and chill for several hours or overnight so that flavors can develop.
