Creamy Caesar dressing
Sliced romaine lettuce greens
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Homemade croutons
Cherry tomatoes

* Marinate in vinaigrette dressing before cooking.
** May substitute with 1-6 oz. fresh salmon fillets. |

Preparation

- Season chicken breast with salad supreme season mixture and salad oil.
- Place chicken on char-grill to cook - brown both sides.
- Place romaine lettuce, croutons and fresh grated Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Add Caesar dressing and mix thoroughly.
- Serve in a large chilled salad bowl and underliner.
- Slice cooked chicken breast into 1" angled slices and place on top of mixed lettuce greens.
- Garnish with 3 black olives and 3 cherry tomatoes, spaced around bowl edges.
