| Certificate of Achievement
The associate degree program in Hospitality Studies is designed to allow students the opportunity to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management. The program teaches the principles of hospitality management and food preparation. Other Certificates of Achievement include:

Laboratory classes provide students with experience preparing quantities of food. Included are quantity food preparation, gourmet baking, dining room operations, food and beverage purchasing and controls, front office procedures, human resources, and industry economics.

HFCC has articulation agreements with the following institutions to ensure that graduates can pursue a bachelor's degree without credit loss.
Students wishing to transfer should consult the articulation guides available in the Counseling Office to select appropriate courses for the institution to which they plan to transfer. **Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Students may transfer according to the Articulation Agreement-90 credits at HFCC and complete 40 credits at Madonna University. |
