Cooked fettuccini noodles
Heavy cream or Half & Half
Fresh chopped herbs (oregano & basil)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped garlic
Olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation
  1. Place oil in hot sauté pan.
  2. Add chopped garlic.
  3. Add cooked fettuccini noodles, cream, and reduce (hold back).
  4. Add grated cheese and herbs - simmer a little.
  5. Serve in hot pasta china bowl.
  6. Top with pinch of grated cheese and herbs.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley sprig.
  8. Serve pasta dish with underliner plate.
