- Place oil in hot sauté pan.

- Add cooked fettuccini noodles, cream, and reduce (hold back).
- Add grated cheese and herbs - simmer a little.
- Serve in hot pasta china bowl.
- Top with pinch of grated cheese and herbs.
- Garnish with fresh parsley sprig.
- Serve pasta dish with underliner plate.
