Prepared mustard
Garlic clove (minced & pressed flat)
Salt
Coarse pepper
Egg yolk
Lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
Salad oil

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients except oil.
  2. Whip with wire whip.
  3. Blend oil in small amounts while whipping.
  4. Chill. Mix before serving.
