Sliced Turkey
Swiss Cheese
Blended with:
Milk (to form batter)

Preparation
|
- Place 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread.
- Place ham and turkey on top of one slice and close sandwich.
- Dip sandwich into egg batter ( both sides) and let excess run off.
- Place on hot grill and cover
- Remove sandwich from grill and slice into triangles
- Serve on warm, large, china plate ( 10 ").
- Dust powdered sugar lightly over sandwich and plate.
- Place 1 oz preserves in a small
soufflé cup in center of plate.
