Salmon Fillet

Skinned salmon fillet
Sautéed leeks with garlic
Fresh housemade salsa
Fresh lemon in cloth wrap

Preparation
  1. Brush both sides of salmon fillet with vegetable oil.
  2. Season salmon with salt, white pepper and paprika.
  3. Place salmon filled on char broiler with skin side up.
  4. Turn fillet for checkerboard effect and repeat process on other side of fish.
  5. Cook until fish is flaky.
  6. Place sautéed julienne leeks with garlic on hot plate.
  7. Add salmon fillet on top of leeks and place fresh salsa to one side of fillet.
  8. Place fresh 1/2 lemon wrap next to salmon fillet.
