- Brush both sides of salmon fillet with vegetable oil.
- Season salmon with salt, white pepper and paprika.
- Place salmon filled on char broiler with skin side up.
- Turn fillet for checkerboard effect and repeat process on other side of fish.
- Cook until fish is flaky.
- Place sautéed julienne leeks with garlic on hot plate.
- Add salmon fillet on top of leeks and place fresh salsa to one side of fillet.
- Place fresh 1/2 lemon wrap next to salmon fillet.
