- Place 1 oz. drawn butter in sauté pan to heat.
- Sauté shrimp, lobster, scallops, garlic and mushrooms.
- Add cooked fettuccini noodles and half of the fresh chopped herbs.
- Add 2 oz. of fish stock and Half & Half or heavy cream and reduce.
- Add half of the grated cheese and simmer lightly.
- Serve in hot pasta china dish.
- Top with remaining fresh chopped herbs, grated cheese, and lemon twist.
- Serve pasta dish with underliner plate and garnish.
