Clean, fresh spinach
Fresh, sliced strawberries
Fresh bean spouts
Fresh orange sections
Toasted sliced almonds
Sun-dried cherries
Dark raisins
Kiwi fruit
Raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together spinach salad greens.
  2. Place salad in a chilled salad bowl.
  3. Sprinkle toasted almonds, bean sprouts, and raisins on top of salad.
  4. Place sliced strawberries in center of salad greens.
  5. Artistically arrange orange slides around strawberries.
  6. Place slice of kiwi fruit on top of strawberries.
  7. Serve salad on top of a chilled plate with a 2 oz Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing on the side.
