Beef Tenderloin Filet

Tenderloin fillet
Fresh potato plate garnish
Wild mushroom sauce
Vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Heat up broiler (approximately 10 minutes)
  2. Lightly brush both sides of tenderloin fillet with vegetable oil.
  3. Lightly season beef with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place fillet on broiler grates and cook to desired doneness.
  5. Turn beef to give it a checkerboard effect with the grill marks.
  6. Place 2 oz. wild mushroom sauce on place and add potato basket.
  7. Place fillet in potato basket.
  8. Serve on round china plate and garnish.
