Preparation
|
- Combine sugar, soy sauce, clam juice, chicken stock, beef stock, garlic, ginger, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Dissolve cornstarch in sherry (use enough cornstarch to thicken sauce as desired). Continue to cook stirring constantly, until desired consistency is achieved.
- Add fresh cranberries (minced) and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add minced apples and bring to a boil.
- Serve sauce in a dish or brush on chicken while cooking.
