 How can I find what I need to know?
- The index, will help you to quickly locate information.
- The catalog is divided into three major sections:
- One section lists all the College policies, regulations, procedures, and other
important information about being a student at HFCC. Some areas you may particularly want
to read are:
- Graduation requirements
- Grading system
- Probation and Dismissal Policy
- Another section describes all of our one-year certificate and two-year degree
programs.
 (Students who plan to transfer should consult the transfer guides in the
Counseling Office.)
- The third section lists descriptions of all the courses offered at HFCC.
This includes:
- Course prefix (letters) and suffix (numbers)
- Course title
- Course credit hours
- Prerequisite information, if applicable
- Summary of course content
- At the back of the catalog the phone numbers of all full-time faculty and
administrators are listed.
