Navigation Help

Moving through documents on the Internet may seem confusing at first, but only requires a few clicks of your mouse. PC users: remember to always click the left mouse button. Here are a few navigational tips:

  • A document, or page on the Internet may consist of more than one computer screen. Use the up or down arrows on the scroll bar located along the right side of the screen to move up and down the page. Clicking with your mouse on the down arrow will move you down the page. Similarly, clicking on the up arrow will move you up the page.
  • Clicking with your mouse on some underlined text will link you directly to that reference. Try it!

  • Clicking with your mouse on the Back Button located on the tool bar at the top of the screen will return you to the page you just left.

  • Each page of Orientation On-Line has navigation buttons at the top and bottom of the pages. These buttons will move to the previous page in the Orientation, advance you to the next page, or return you to the table of contents page.
