Academic advising
- Counselors will assist you in identifying your college program of study and
refer you to the appropriate academic advisor.
- Counselors also advise all students who are undecided on their program and any student on
academic probation.

Career counseling
- Counselors can help you clarify your career goals by administering
a variety of inventories and guiding you through the career decision-making process.
- In the Career Resource Center counselors can direct you to a variety of computerized
guidance programs and printed materials.
- Counseling classes
- Counselors offer a variety of credit classes to help students make positive and realistic
life and career choices. All involve some form of group process and
are especially helpful to first-time students.
