Steps to Follow for Enrollment

1. Call the English Language Institute at 313 317-1556/8/9 for an appointment.


2. From there, you will be directed to the Assessment Center to:

  • Fill out a registration form
  • Take the ESL COMPASS Placement Test

3. Your results will be announced upon completion of the test.

4. Your results will be announced upon completion of the test, and you will be advised how to register for classes.  If you have any problems registering, please call 313 317- 1556/8/9 for assistance.


5. Report for classes at ELI (located on the first floor of the Liberal Arts Building) as scheduled.

Students can pay in the form of cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover) at the time of acceptance. All payments MUST be made prior to the payment deadline.

REFUND POLICY

Before the program of study starts:
If a student cancels 14 days prior to the start of each session 75% of paid fees will be refunded.

After program starts
If a student cancels or chooses to leave the program, no fees will be refunded.
