WE OFFER Customized Training Our programs are your programs - customized, flexible, and directly relevant to the dynamics of your workplace. We work with your team to develop a training plan and with subject matter experts to determine skill needs. Skills Upgrade Both foundation and technical skills improvement can be addressed at the M-TECSM . Flexible lab environments can be adapted to specific learning needs. Training can focus on such basic skills as math, communications, and manufacturing or can be designed to integrate these skills to accommodate the learner. Advanced Technical Skills Advanced skill needs in electronics, instrumentation, computer numerical control, hydraulics, electro-hydraulics, design, computer applications, and overhead crane control can be addressed, to name a few. Cisco certification and networking applications are available as well. Organizational Development Resources are available to provide interactive instruction in teamwork, problem solving, workplace communication, conflict resolution, diversity, and supervisory and management skills. Skills Assessment A variety of assessment instruments, both paper/pencil and computer-based, are vailable. Individual or group skills can be assessed in such areas as reading, writing, applied math, listening, computer, and teamwork. Job-specific assessments can also be developed. Career Exploration Software programs, classroom instruction, and other resources are available to assist the learner in determining career options. Learners can begin by identifying their own interests and areas of expertise and then be assisted in developing career and educational plans. |
