HFCC

Your Ucompass user ID is the same as your WebAdvisor user ID. To find your user ID use What's My User ID? located in WebAdvisor.

Your Ucompass password is not the same as your WebAdvisor password. Your Ucompass default password is the four-digit number for the month and day (not year) of your birth. (e.g. January 07 will be 0107) If your default password does not work use your NDS password to access Ucompass. If you do not know your NDS password, please review the information found at https://dvc.hfcc.net/passwords. Faculty having both ADM and ACS logins should use their ACS password for Ucompass.

IMPORTANT: Your WebAdvisor and Ucompass passwords are not the same. If you change either your WebAdvisor or Ucompass password the other will remain the same.

To change your Ucompass/Novell password click the link Change My Password (https://my.hfcc.edu/myhfcc/)

Located in the upper right corner of the screen in the Password Help box, click the link Click here to reset your password! and follow the prompts as directed.

  • The semester has not started. You can not access your course until the first day that courses begin on campus. Please refer to the official HFCC Class Schedule for specific start dates at http://`www.hfcc.edu/programs/class_schedule.asp, or check your schedule for the latest information using the information for Current Students in WebAdvisor. (https://my.hfcc.edu/WebAdvisor/WebAdvisor)

  • You registered during late registration. Registration information will not be loaded into the Ucompass system until the next day.
         
  • Your instructor is not using Ucompass. Not all instructors use Ucompass for their online course. If you are enrolled in an online course, contact your instructor via e-mail. Your instructor will then send you information about your online course. You can find your instructor's e-mail address at the List of Online Courses page.

    Not all instructors use Ucompass for their on campus course. During your next scheduled class, ask your instructor if you are required to access Ucompass.
      
  • Your password needs to be reset. You need your password reset if, you have tried your default password (birth month and day), you do not remember your NDS password or you are using your NDS password and you can not access Ucompass, please complete the electronic trouble ticket for The Office of Data and Voice Communications (DVC) and they will reset your password:
