High-Tech Training - Our Electronic Technology facilities are state-of-the-art offering the high-tech training necessary to prepare you for job success in today's economy.  Working conditions are simulated in the program's five fully equipped laboratories where students put electrical theory into practice.  Along with the hands-on laboratory experience, computer-simulated circuit analysis is also used in most electronic courses. Whether it's just one class to update your skills or a program leading to an associate's degree, HFCC has the latest technology with state-of-the-art equipment in modern classrooms and labs.  100% of the graduates surveyed would recommend the Electronics Technology and Automation and Controls programs at HFCC to their family and friends.

Transfer Opportunities - HFCC's strong liberal arts and university transfer programs assure HFCC students success at four-year universities.  Attend HFCC for your first two years of college and then successfully transfer to a four-year university.  HFCC has articulation agreements with the following institutions to ensure that graduates can work toward a bachelor's degree without loss of credits:

HFCC Graduates Get Jobs - HFCC's programs have outstanding placement rates and excellent graduate results.  From graduate surveys that have been conducted, 93% of respondents reported being employed (75% in positions related to electronics and/or automation controls).  In addition, 90% rated their employment preparation and training received at HFCC as being either "excellent" or "very good."  The HFCC Placement Office reports that during the past three years, there have been six job opportunities for each graduate.
