The Guidance and Counseling Network hosts professional development opportunities that would help fellow counselors or their students. Computer training sessions, occupational outlook presentations, and new counselor workshops are just some of the Tech Prep activities sponsored by the Guidance and Counseling Network.

The Guidance and Counseling
Network serves all counselors in Monroe and Wayne Counties. High school
and college counselors meet the second Tuesday of the month to discuss
“hot button issues” of the counseling profession. Guidance counselors
share ideas about class scheduling, working with international students,
and various details pertinent to their profession.
